It’s MDF’s birthday today! It’s been amazing to see her grow and develop. Just looking at pictures, I can see how much she has changed each year.
This morning CDF gave her a Pocahontas video as her first present. MDF had spied it up in our closet yesterday saying, “we do have Pocahontas!” So I told her it was a birthday present and she could open it in the morning.

Later that morning Clara and Mackenzie came over to play and celebrate her birthday at lunch with cupcakes. Then in the evening we had another celebration, again with cupcakes, and after supper gave her some more presents — a princess sheet set and a doll house.
